1. Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Unboxing Video Requirement: To process any return for a damaged or defective product, you must provide a clear, continuous video recording of the unboxing before opening the package. This helps us verify product condition upon delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized items.

Perishable goods.

Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

3. Return Process

Provide the unboxing video if claiming damage or defect.

Ship the product back to the address we provide.

Once received and inspected, we will confirm your refund or exchange.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If the product is damaged during the return process due to improper packaging or handling by the customer, we reserve the right to reject the refund claim.

All to-and-fro courier charges and any applicable Cash on Delivery (COD) charges for returns will be borne by the customer, not EcoCourage.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and photos for quick assistance.
