All prices are displayed in indian currency and include/exclude applicable taxes (as per applicable law).

Payment is due at the time of purchase using the payment methods provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 4-5 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines vary by location and are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or other unforeseen factors.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.

Customers must provide a clear unboxing video before opening the package to be eligible for damage-related claims.

If the product is damaged during the return process due to improper packaging or handling by the customer, the refund may be rejected.

To-and-fro courier charges and applicable COD fees for returns will be paid by the customer.
